Individual Notaries: Minimum $250,000 E&O insurance coverage required, though $500,000 recommended

Notary Companies: Minimum $1,000,000 E&O insurance coverage required for policies covering multiple notaries

Note: Coverage must be current and can be obtained from any licensed insurance carrier. While Canyon Title cannot recommend specific carriers or coverage amounts, you should consult with your insurance provider to ensure compliance with these requirements.

Payment Schedule

Our standard payment schedule is as follows (these are negotiable):

Refinance: $125

Full purchase: $150

Buyer side purchase with loan: $125

Seller side or cash buyer side: $75

Reverse mortgage: $125
