Property and Flood Insurance

This course is designed to educate the real estate professional on the ever changing role that Insurance plays in the home buying process. This course will enable realtors to pinpoint possible insurance underwriting risks. The risks include protection class rating, wildfire score and condition of the 4 major systems of the home.

Instructor: Matt Gardner

Matthew Gardner is a Senior Licensed Insurance Professional with experience in all aspects of property and casualty insurance. Mr. Gardner has personally helped hundreds of individuals acquire insurance coverage for themselves and their families. Matthew was born in central Illinois, and spent time living in British Columbia, North Carolina, and Florida. Having lived in many locations amongst varied cultures, Matthew has excellent communication skills and has no problems with adaptation to the tumultuous insurance market and life in general. In his spare time Matthew enjoys live music, collecting vinyl records and cooking for friends and family. Matthew spends a lot of time in the outdoors skiing, hiking, and riding an enduro motorcycle.
