You are probably wondering what that really means. Here is an example. When you are done compiling a complete short sale submission package for the lender, you would simply upload the package onto our user friendly site. Upon uploading this file, your listing agent and Canyon Title are notified via e-mail that this action has been completed. If the loss mitigation department will accept the package via e-mail it would automatically be delivered to them as well. But it doesn’t end there! All participants are then able to view the documents and make notations in the system by simply replying to the e-mail notification.
