About our President

Robert Lindley has spent the last 14 years in sales, service, and business management. The last six years has been spent in the title industry. He started out as an account executive for a major title agency in Denver and became a specialist in the area of affiliated business arrangements. He has a true focus on utilizing technology to enhance efficiency and customer service. Robert was quoted in a recent press release as saying "Canyon Title's most critical growth strategy is to build out our infrastructure virtually. This Colorado first business model would not be possible without the ease of accessibility and control that our web based system provides. It allows us to be very scaleable to ever changing market conditions while enhancing our employees lifestyle by allowing them to work from the comfort of their homes". Robert believes that this is the future of most businesses.  

About our Operations Manager

Brian Wishart has spent the last 6 years in the title and real estate industry.  He started out abstracting public records from the county offices up and down the front range of Colorado .  He then transferred into the office environment offering his street knowledge to his team. Brian then began learning title examining from the ground up.  Along with title he managed as many as 30 employees across the state doing everything from abstracting to closing and presentation services to valued clients.

He views the most important thing in the title business to be the relationships that you develop and maintain throughout all steps of the process.
